About Jacqueline Evans

My name’s Jacquie Evans MSW, LCSW, LCADC. I was the little girl who would tell her parents that “I am going to help people when I grow up” and I knew from a young age that’s what I wanted to do with my life.

I am now 12 years into my work as a therapist and I’ve treated thousands of clients including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly population. I’ve worked in inpatient settings, outpatient, a long term care facility and I have assisted in providing behavioral health screenings for depression and anxiety within primary care settings. I’m very passionate about working with clients who’ve had experiences with trauma, substance abuse issues, who struggle with anxiety or are part of the LGBTQ+ Community.

I will complete my Doctorate through Arizona State University (ASU) in Behavioral Health in December 2021. My project focus was working to provide specific interventions to reduce depression within the LGBTQ+ Community.

I was born in Las Vegas, I live here with my husband, our son, and our two dogs, Einstein and Chaz.
